New to VMix. I set up a VMix Call today. Connected fine with my guest. Everything looked great. Started recording and, BOOM, everything lagged. I could talk to the guest and carry on my interview and record the audio using the WAV feature. The audio was fine. The video was totally out of sync and frozen most of the time. Like I said, this problem only occurred when I started recording. Before I recorded, the video and audio were just fine. What did I do wrong?

Sounds like your CPU or GPU is hitting the limit of how much video encoding/decoding it can do at once. See if you can lighten the load on video compression (lower resolutions and framerates) and that will probably help.
