Cards like GTX1660ti, 3060ti, work great on 8 PCI lanes, checked them on tests, on games.

Can there be any problems with the vMix if I use video cards in 8 pci line mode?

No, there are no issues with this and is common if the second x16 PCIe slot is occupied (becomes x8/x8)
