I have the Zoom L-12 mixer. All seems to be working well. Audio from the PC is returned via usb thru channels 9/10 with the usb audio return button on. I want to switch this to channels 11/12 but with the usb return button these channels pressed, I get nothing. Is there something else I need to do?

I guess you should open Settings - Audio Outputs and set channels 3-4 for your mixer. This way audio from vMIX will be redirected to these channels.
