I don't have that one, but I've been using a Lenkeng LKV389 for the past few months. It's about $120 on eBay.
I also have about a dozen Lenkeng LKV368 SDI to HDMI converters connected to TVs in our building. The LKV389 and some of the LKV368's have been operating 24/7 during the time I've been using them, and there have been no problems. The total latency from HDMI to SDI to HDMI is 1-2 frames, which seems quite good.
I haven't done an up-close comparison of the video quality because it's not a concern for our use. (I record the camera's HDMI output or vMix's HDMI output before the conversion to SDI.)

We have bought and used a bunch of HD2SDI-S, sold by JMC in Sweden (OEM brand is Yuan) see http://jmc.se/index.php/sdi-hdmi). They have the added functionality of built in scaling, eg from 1080 50i to 720p). Also available w/o scaling, but the scaling is well worth the small price difference.
