Video Buffering or lag in livestream

We are a church and just got introduced to vmix but we have the Vmix HD setup with the following:
VIDEO Input = 3 (2 phones using the ivcam app and 1 Nexigo webcam). we rarely use the webcam because then it starts to display CPU overloading.
AUDIO INPUT = 1 (focusrite)
NDI INPUT = 1 (Easyworship scripture display)
OTHER INPUTS - (2 PICTURE FLYERS, GT Title, and 1 VIDEO INTRO)
OUTPUT = 2 (Facebook live and Youtube)
DOWNLOAD SPEED - Approx 120MBps (Verizon fios) - connected to the ethernet port
So during worship, the livestream seem to be skipping. the utilization is like displaying overloading. The PC is dedicated to the Vmix and the only thing on is the facebook page where we have to copy the streamkey. we try to set the YouTube from another pc. We have tried to follow the optimum configuration setup but maybe we are missing something. When we do the 1 vmix call available, we noticed in the middle of the call , it freezes even when we dont have other video inputs?
Anyway Here are the specs of the 2TB PC dedicated to the vmix:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard System Model: HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF BIOS: Default System BIOS (type: BIOS) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz Memory: 16384RAM Available OS Memory: 16290MB RAM Page File: 4984MB used, 14249MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 12 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled Miracast: Available, with HDCP Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: Not Supported DirectX Database Version: 1.0.8 DxDiag Version: 10.00.19041.0546 64bit Unicode
I hope we can figure out what we need to correct.
Thanks

A couple of things, you don't mention GPUS, VMix need a dedicated GPU, NVidia or AMD, the integrated type GPU (Intel) just won't cut it.
What you care about is upload speed since you are streaming out, make sure that this is consistent when people get on the public network and that you have a router with QoS that prioritizes your machine.
Finally, only run VMix on that machine, no Facebook, Vimeo or YouTube dashboards in a browser, these suck a ton of resources that VMix needs to run properly.
