I would like to move around a PNG I created to add as an overlay, the issue im having is I cant move it where i want it, I can move/adjust the size it as a layer, but not as a overlay.
The picture is greayed out and nothing can be done with it, basicly what i want to do is add a lower third i created, but i want to control it with my streamdeck which i can but its not in the location i need it. Im sure there's something im missing.

The version im using is PRO.

Thanks in advanced

Might have to rephrase your question, it's very confusing

you mention layer, then overlay then title , greyed out and control with streamdeck ( what ? )

Or are you just looking for the Picture in Picture setting in overlays to resize and position the overlay
