Major Failure with vMix software

My setup consisted of 4 sources for Zoom capture via vMix desktop capture, 1 vMix PC and 1 spare vMix PC receiving NDI from main PC for recording/timer output into zoom. Streaming to vimeo (issue happened with or without streaming)
My issue occurred on day 3 of our live event 6/12/21. Less than 12 hrs later, with no changs to software or hardware, vMix wouldn't stay running for more than 15 minutes. Loaded the show file into our spare machine and the same issue occurred.
Troubleshooting measures taken with no resolve to the issue.
Restart all equipment Check for updates Reinstall vMix Remove all plugins Power down NDI sources and test without Load original show file Confirm that no new programs were installed
Still, vMix crashed between 1-15 minutes. The show was postponed for 1hr until we decided to just host a zoom call. We lost about 100 attendees in the process and the client was understandably disappointed.
My equipment specs are as follows ● Main vMix PC INTEL i7 10700k 8 CORE CPU, Geforce 2070 super, 32gb ram, SSD. ● Backup vMix PC Intel i5 10600k 6 core CPU, Geforce 1660 Super GPU, 16gb ram, SSD. ● (3) Lenovo IdeaPad S540 - 10th Gen Intel Core i5-10210U -8gb ram, SSD ● Netgear 16 port gigabit switch.
Since the latest update to 24.0.0.61, released after my event, we haven't had that issue.
Please help me understand what exactly happened so that I can relay that info to the client. We have all crash reports from both machines if you are interested.

I have contacted support multiple times. 6/13 and 6/18. I haven't heard back yet.
Our first thought was hardware failure. Ater troubleshooting we went to our backup. The same issue with crashing was happening on that machine.
The strange part is that there were no changes to our setup overnight.
The latest vMix update (.61) addresses a "Frame delay that may cause inputs to crash or corrupt memory". Could that have been the problem?
We have upcoming events and we're extremely concerned that this will happen again. Please have some one reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your help on this.

Also, please send us a Support Report by clicking the button in Settings -> About in vMix. This will send us logs of the system and help identify what may be faulty.
