I can't install trial version 24.0.0.61

I need to install the test version 24.0.061, to show how it works for the board, but I can't.
When I enter my email, the message appears:
"Error Creating Trial" , Send Report, Registration

did you have an installment before ?
Also do as suggested : Send Report with registration key
