1. We have several X-Keys XK-80 devices connected to one instance of vMix, yet all devices react the same as if all are using Midi Channel 1. This is both in vMix shortcuts and Activators. When reassigning a separate Midi Channel (Mapping) to each X-Keys device, vMix accepts the data, but still does not function independently. Though it does not help diagnosing the problem when vMix does not identify the unique Unit ID of each connected X-Keys device. 2. Using the X-Keys Diagnostic (below), it can be shown in this example that there are two unique identifying attributes (Device ID and Unit ID) for each X-Keys device that can be used to clearly identify each device in the vMix Activator Channel Mapping dialog. 3. Also noticed that in vMix Activators Devices, the Streamdeck Controller is enabled by default and as a connected device. There has never been a Streamdeck purchased, software installed or in operation on any vMix computer. Yet if we disable the Streamdeck device and the settings saved, the Streamdeck reappears as an enabled device and connected. Each time we disable to Streamdeck, the X-Keys devices momentarily seem to re-enumerate, but sadly the X-Keys devices again are all operating as Midi Channel 1. XK-80 usage: Video Switcher, Playback controller, Graphics/Titles/Scoring. Systems: X299 motherboards, i9 10920 processor, 32GB Ram, Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 | ASUS G752VS, 16GB Ram, Windows 10 Pro version 21H1.Version: vMix 24.0.0.60 Any thoughts on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
