We have noticed that when we are playing multiple clips from out IR, the clips stutter. And sometimes when we play 1 clip. We are doing a 6 camera IR setup.

We have a brand new top of the line PC.
i7 (10 gen)
3070 Nvidia
64 gig ram
7.6 gig SSD

It does appear that our Disk is hitting 100%, so that could be the reason why is my guess. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the stress on the disk? We spent a lot of money on the 7.6 gig SSD drive to be able to have enough space for 6 camera replay.

Help?

Try to isolate at what point the stuttering is happening.

Some things to try:
Fewer angles (does it do this with 2 or 4 angles recorded)
Try clipping some replays and stop recording, use playback only and see if it clears up
Double-check to make sure your framerates are matching from out of the cameras
Try a lesser framerate. If you in 1080p try 720 and see if that helps or not

Outside of the recommended I9 your machine does look in line to be able to hand 6 in and 2 out.

I'm mistaken. We do have the i-9. I just double checked it...

We almost always only have 1 angle selected for each replay.
It doesn't happen when we stop recording and just run playback.
Framerates on the cams are 60, just as the replay.
It happened on SQ & HQ quality

I haven't tried it on 720 yet. Would prefer to record our highlights at 1080... but everything is negotiable.

Tonight I am going to update the PC and firmware. Check the disks firmware as well. We have 2 7.6 TB SSDs in our machine. I would love it if I could split the replay to record in 2 spots to lessen the weight on the SSDs. But I understand that is probably a programming nightmare.

We have i9, 32gb ram with RTX 2080 Super Nvidia card. Last season it was working no problem. A new season started and stuttering is something we have not had before. The only thing changed are last vMix upgrades. So something had to happen in the last upgrades. I do not know which versions, but until May 2021 it was OK. In September 2021 it is stuttering.

vMix was upgraded several times and also RTX drivers. Everything else is the same.

I ran into this same issue and couldn't find the thing that fixed it for me anywhere in these forums, so here's a suggestion for anyone else who stumbles across this post as I did:
