I work at a large conference centre in Sweden.
Currently due to the pandemic our conferences are 99% digital.
Many of the conferences now include pre-recorded video content from speakers who are unable to travel.
Many speakers use Microsoft Teams to record their presentations. Teams has become the defacto platform for remote conferencing.
Presentations recorded in Teams are of poor quality of course. Irrespective of choice of resolution, they are always created at 8fps.
We have been using vMix to produce and stream our online conferences.
These 8fps videos when played in vMix fail as the picture and audio sync goes wildly out. They will however play in almost any other media player available.
We are thus in the embarassing situation that these videos play on any of our clients cheap laptops but not in our professional platform.
This has now become a real problem for us, happening at every conference we have so that we have to vet and convert video files, usually in a hurry in order to be able to use them in vMix.
Some of our technicians now prefer to run all video from a separate machine which is a shame when vMix has so much functionality and confidence in the vMix platform has suffered as a result.
Please can you fix this (is it just a missing codec in vMix?) so that these videos will run properly in vMix.

Thanks
