It would be very nice if You can add a feature:

Do some action if alert is on.

Or send e-mail or SMS. Or lanch some other program, script.

(It would be nice to have also black screen allert or not moving picture for long time. )

Current Alerts (Volume, FTB and No Recording) merely display a red Banner on the UI

But with a script one can make way more alerts and let them do whatever you want

one can create your own alerts by pulling info from the API XML:
State of fadeToBlack, recording , external, streaming, playList, multiCorder, fullscreen, Volumes, calls and many more

If some actions are not directly programable within a vMix script it still can call an external script or application.
