Hello...first post!

We have 3 vMix installations that we use for our funeral home, one stationary in our chapel, and the other two on laptops for use in churches or at burials. We've been using vMix for nearly a year, and have over 300 successful streams under our belts. Besides the odd SRT wireless glitch, it's been very reliable.

Setup:

Laptop with vMix, plugged into mains power
2 or 3 SRT smartphone cameras (Larix)
Yamaha USB audio mixer
2 wireless lavs, 1 ambient mic, 1 lectern mic
Internet connection and network via cellular hotspot device

Usually it all works fine, though today, the audio to our livestream was over 400ms early. When we checked the local recording made by vMix, the audio was in sync. AFAIK, the only place we have set a delay to match the SRT video is at the input of the USB mixer that we use to bring audio into our production. We don't use the audio from the SRT phones at all.

The audio delay in the Recording Setup menu is set to zero.

The box is checked to record audio, and the source is Master.

Unless you add a delay in the Record menu, doesn't the audio delay have to be the same on the stream as it is on the recording?

The other curious thing is that during a stream check, there was a brief time when my voice sounded lower in pitch than it should. I reconnected, and it was fine. Strange...

Any ideas?

Hello Michael,
Is it possible to transmit and receive SRT simultaneously? We only use SRT to transmit video from phones to vMix; we have no need to go the other direction, so I have no idea!
