Good for single 1080p stream?

Found a local pc for a good price I believe and trying to figure out if it would work for us. We only use one 1080p PTZ camera and stream on FB live.
Ryzen 5 2600x Gtx 1070 ti Windows 10 32 Gb ddr ram

That should be fine for your stated use case. Even though the GPU is a little old, it should be more than adequate for the job at hand.

Just found this and it's cheaper than the previous mentioned.
GTX 1660 SUPER 16GB RAM RYZEN 5 3600

That second system is better, and it's cheaper, so what's not to like? :)
