One you reach having a couple hundred shortcuts/activators going in a project it gets really hard to manage them. Only being able to move an item up or down one spot at a time and not being able to use that for multiple items is very tedious and difficult. With larger projects it can be hard to anticipate what you will need to automate down the road.

While being able to locate any item by pressing the shortcut is helpful, there is not real replacement for being able to properly organize. At a minimum, being able to grab multiple items and move them to a new location in the list would be helpful. Ideally it would be great if there could be an organizational system inside the shortcuts and activators menu. Something where you could have separate windows for types of shortcuts for ease of management.

As an example:

shortcuts/preview/(list of shortcuts tagged as preview)
shortcuts/transition/(list of shortcuts related to transitions)
etc.

Having predefined folders would be helpful. User creatable folders would be ideal.
