Hey,

Is it possible to use an IP-camera as input for vMix ?
I can't find it in your feature-list but maybe there's is a trick ?

Hi,

Every IP camera is different so we will need the specifications for the particular device to determine if it is possible to support in vMix.
Note that the delay of IP cameras is typically counted in the seconds, so they may not be suitable for live productions.

I think most network cameras support RTSP protocol, which is a similar to my request of implementing RTMP protocol :)

I have Cisco Linksys WVC2300 camera. It's compatible to use as imput for vMix ?

I've had good compatibility / stability with the Ubiquiti airCam IP cam using the Stream RTSP input, though the optics on that camera aren't so hot. Shame because other than image quality it's a solid & inexpensive setup :(

If the camera you like can't accept RTSP incoming connections then you can use Wowza as an intermediary. The latency is a little more, but with careful configuration could still be under a couple of seconds.

Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone knows of a program that i can use to pre-program camera shots (pans, tilts and zooms) for a IP camera. This is so we can set up shots before the show, so there is no need of a camera operator and i can just tap a hotkey or something like that, so that the camera moves.
