would it be possible to have a new transition, just like the new version of OBS 27 does?

As it says right in the video : Luma White ( or key)

if you have an animated key/fill input (could be made with GT designer) one can create/simulate them

Personally i don't understand the obsession with so many transitions but that is just me

It's this era's "if you can't solve it, dissolve it." I haven't seen that many canned transitions since the Video Toaster on the Amiga.
