Hello,
I have Basic HD and it works great but when I switched to a different user account and open up vMix I have to enter the registration key again. I also have to redo all of the settings I set up on the previous user account. Is there a way for the vMix to remember it was already registered and preserves the settings for all users?
Note: The computer is on a college campus, any number of teachers or students have access to it. I would like to have it available to all of them.
Windows 7 enterprise Domain-based users
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Palmer-Smith

Hi,
Unfortunately this is not currently possible, vMix registrations are stored under each user individually. However you can register as many times as you like on the same machine.

Do you know of any scripting or automatic process to register the software as the each user logs in. Is the registration put into regedit then I could copy the entry to other users? If you can think of anything, it will be very helpful.
Thanks.

looks like this problem can be solved by connecting vmix encoding software to the cloud but I have no idea whether this was already implemented somehow... Need to do my homework for me to research this issue a bit.
