I want to do a stream, with many web sources, such as videos and data. I am getting to about 10 web sources as inputs, and then I start to get audio crackling and over loaded GPU encoding.... is there any settings or tips from you guys.... I actually would like to get to 75 inputs if this is feasible? Any thoughts?

Many websites are super bloated. Even on the best machine, you'll probably only be able to to run about 10 consecutively withour risking overload.

Your only other option is to capture from other computers, by NDi will be limited as well. 75 inputs is just not going to happen.
