WE are having a new issue here. With the latest version of windows and using VMIX desktop capture we are dropping frames quite badly. We have been doing this for a long time (the past year) with no issue and all of the sudden issues. With NDI tools Screen capture everything is clean. Can anyone shed some light on this? We want to use VMIX capture in order to get both monitors.

Have you checked with the NDI STudio Monitor app if the stream is ok in there.

Hi Mavik;
Yes... Checked and all good.
With some advice from VMIX support it would seem we may be confused on what the numbers from Desktop Capture is actually telling us. The stream looks and sounds fine. We are going to be sending in a support ticket for some more information to make sure we aren't missing anything.
