Is there a shortcut to toggle the Live button of the title editor on and off?

No
AFAIK only useful to turn off to prevent partial updating when typing text manually in the editor

yes, and that's exactly what I want to do.
I want to use it for american football, for the yards & downs to be exact and change them with a streamdeck seperately, but on air the changes should be at the same time. That's where the live button would be handy.

That's where the live button would be handy. So let me get this strait. You want to be able to disable the Live update of a title with a streamdeck ( shortcut) and then edit within the title editor the changes (so the typing is not visible) before activating the live button again while you are in the editor instead of click the live button while there ? What am i missing? Why not create a separate windows form app caring to your needs to edit and update the edit or even a basic datasource ?

Don't the two shortcuts "PauseRenderer" and "ResumeRenderer" do the trick?

Using the title editor to make frequent updates like that is not exactly convenient.
A better approach is to just put all the data fields that you want into an Excel spreadsheet that you keep open, Alt-Tab to it when you want to update the fields, and when you've updated all the fields to your liking, just hit Ctrl-S to save it, and all the fields in the title will update at the same time.

I totally agree with the excel sheet, but I need to make it as simple and as convenient for the user as possible, since someone else who is not part of my production will do the yards stuff.
So I was thinking that a streamdeck (or small xkeys) with just the buttons for adjustin Yards&Downs + a display to monitor it, would be the best solution. I don't want the other person to be able to close windows or do other stuff on the tablet/notebook or whatever and have issues with it or come over to fix something (e.g. opening up the window again)

If you want to keep this all within vMix, and not use an external scoreboard app that writes to a data file (that would be the best approach, and is what I do), then I have an idea, I've never tried it, but I think it should work.
Program your StreamDeck (or X-Keys) to update the fields of a dummy title input (using vMix script). Then program an "execute" key that runs a vMix script that copies the values from the dummy title to the real title.
