Unable to load DLL "vMixVideoCodec_x64.dll"

When setting up instant replay and selecting OK, I receive a message unable to load DLL "vMixVideoCodec_x64.dll". I first saw this with an attempt to run vMix 24 on Windows 7 x64 earlier this week so I ran vMix 20 which had no such issue but now I've upgraded my system to Windows 10 (and increased the RAM) and tried vMix 24 again and have the same issue.
Is there a trick to get this to work?
Full error message:
vMix Error
Unable to load DLL 'vMixVideoCodec_x64.dll': A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007045A)

Hi,
This error means the CPU is not supported by vMix 24.
Replay requires a recent CPU from around 2013 onwards. (If you can call 8 years still recent!) Anything older than that will not work and will need to be upgraded.
