Need Multiple Headphone Output Options

Hi all! I've been using vMix 4k for about a year now. When producing a program, I have my audio outputs routed so that I have the Master in my left ear, and BusA in my right ear. This doesn't work with the headphones output, meaning I have to hear myself speaking. We need a bit deeper set of options for headphone monitoring, unless this is already possible using a method I can't seem to figure out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everybody!

I use Voicemeeter Potato and Virtual Audio cables. All Audio that needs to reach certain point in any kind of stream or it is related to stream is routed with buses in vMix. Audio that I need as a production wise I manipulate trough Voicemeeter. I also can send audio to Zello which I use for Intercom communication. Main Intercom is Eartec, but to reach off site operators, remote interviews or staff not reachable by eartec in handled via Zello.
With Voicemeeter you can send audio to Bluetooth earbuds, speakers, ...
