Was interested in the previous topic of VS4 vs Quad.

I am curious if anyone has compared the latency of Decklink Quad with Magewell XI400-SDI.

We have the Decklink and (with one camera connected) we see 4 frames at vMix monitors.

However - if we add an additional input - it rises to 5 frames (!?)

If we check with the BM software - we see 3 frames (which tallies that vMix adds one frame (no problem)).

I understand that it depends on the architecture of the machine - ours should be well up to it.

But just wondering - if anyone has actually quantified this .... ?

Before, we go further, replacing cards.....
