Hi! The option for disable echo cancellation is really helpful!
Is it possible to set certain options like echo cancellation using the get parameters in the url? Like Key and Name. This would allow to send the url to the caller with the correct option sets
Thank you very much!

If you get a black screen at the guest side (return to the guest) then it#s very likely some kind of network issue. The traffic is blocked. The same can happen the other way as well. In this case the turn server could help.

Hi all,
Wanted to share an issue I'm having with a remote host in case anyone else is running into the same problem.
I have a remote host that connects on vmix call with her 2020 Macbook Pro, connected to ethernet via an Apple USB C adapter. She uses both Chrome and Firefox as her browser when connecting. For the last year, we've never had an issue with her connection on any level. Then, she updated her OS to BIG SUR and that's when all hell broke loose.
Now, when she connects to vmix call either with Chrome or Firefox, her video begins to freeze for a second or two throughout the call. The audio remains perfect but for some reason, her FPS drops to single digits, and her video freezes. The connection doesn't drop, because the audio is perfect. The kicker to all of this is that it appears to ONLY HAPPEN while connected via the ethernet. When she switches her connection to WIFI and connects to mix call, the freezing goes away. We have connected her via SKYPE and ZOOM and have no issues with her video freezing while connected via ethernet. The problem only arises when connecting to vmix call. It doesn't matter if it's Chrome or Firefox, the issue remains the same.
So to recap:
Using Chrome or Firefox makes no difference The issue only happens while connected via ethernet No issues using SKYPE or ZOOM Tried it with the built in camera on the Macbook as well and the same issue persists No other programs are running while connected to vmix call
This was NEVER an issue until she updated to BIG SUR. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen while connected to ethernet only?
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!
