Hello, I am hoping someone can offer a solution or remedy to this problem. Our church is uses PTZ Optics camera to livestream. The camera is connected to the Blackmagic Atem Mini via HDMI, the audio is connected from our Allen & Heath QU24 Mixer via RCA to the Computer (PC). We are using vMix to livestream. The issue we are having is intermittently the audio and image would distort for a quick second. I have included a YouTube link highlighting the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB-E06FICnA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB-E06FICnA). We appreciate any solution to this problem. Have a bless day,

I can't say with any authority exactly what is happening there, but I have experienced a similar issue in the past when connecting/disconnecting USB accessories while streaming, so that's a possibility. Are you exclusively running vMix on your streaming computer, or is it running other resource-intensive programs at the same time?

Hello Patrick, Thanks for the comments. The problem happens during livestreaming. We are exclusively running vMix on our livestreaming computer. The problem is a mystery. We are streaming 720p@30fps, so that could not be the issue.
Thanks and blessing!

At what time(s) does this problem occur on the posted video?
I'm watching your live stream and don't notice this problem either.

I can suggest to install e.g. Youlean Loudness control and open it in the audio settings via "PluginShowinEditor". So you can continous monitor your audio levels. This way you could see eventual drop outs in your audio feed and your gain control during your live sttream. Since using this plugin I became aware that monitoring the audio feed only by watching the VU meters shown in Vmix is not enough.
So after monitoring your feed with Youlean you might find an issue in your audio stream. And if there isn´t any issue you can search for another reason for the problem.
