I have a strange problem:

When I set up a vMix call, no guest can connect with their mobile phone (IOS and Android) or with their browser - except for one. It works fine with another Android phone, but not with any other. It does not matter whether the guests are in the vMix network, in the WLAN of another external network or mobile.
The guests, for whom it does not work, see themselves in the call (cam overlay) but otherwise only see a blue screen.

Here are excerpts from the Call Manager's error log:

Either these error messages (top quote) appear or the status "Sending our reply to initiate the call..." (bottom quote)

In addition, the connection with the functioning guest breaks off as soon as another guest wants to connect - but this may have something to do with the original problem.

The strange thing about this is that the connection over this one phone works without any problems!

Thank you for help!

Make sure to use Chrome browser on your devices.

I suspect a firewall issue, most likely on your router.
