I think it's been brought up before, but the audio metering in the main window and in the audio mixer is very basic and in many places lacks any meaningful scale. One of the developers concerns was screen real estate. I was tinkering with a VST host for a project and the mixer section has great compact meters in it (pardon the blur - this is zoomed in): Meter.png (28kb) downloaded 1 time(s).The left and right bars have no gap between (although a pixel or two wouldn't hurt). Space is saved by putting the scale on top of the bars. Just a thought for the powers that be.

Sorry, I didn't have time to search through umpteen pages of unrelated posts that also returned the word "parameters" until I found a zombie thread that was directly related. In the future I will only post when I've had time to scan the entire section. If we're going to be stringent on not repeating feature requests, maybe there should be an actual dedicated request voting system like some companies use that is independent of the forum. The search systems to prevent duplicates are usually far more accurate / helpful in those pages than the search system in a forum like this.
