Captured Zoom Application Slow

Hi team,
first of all, sorry if this is not the correct place to post that topic.
I am having the following problem:
I am capturing a Zoom meeting to add it in the production, I have in a secondary monitor, so what I am capturing is the monitor itself, not the application. Anyway, I have tried capturing directly the application and same issue.
The thing is when the person shares his screen and I want to add it in the production, for example a powerpoint, it is very slow. If a slide has an small animation it goes really slow.
I think this is not related with my machine as I have a Dell Precision 5750 i9 with 64gb RAM and Vmix is using the Graphic Card nVidia RTX3000 6GB. When Vmix is closed and not capturing the app/screen the meeting runs perfect, so it is not related with my internet connection.
Any idea?
What I am trying to do is adding a person remotely in the production and that person has to share his screen. I am adding this person to the production using vCall and Zoom for the screen sharing. Another way to do that is welcome.
Thanks Regards

Using a second computer is recommended for the Zoom calls: https://www.vmix.com/kno...h-return-video-and-audioOther possible solutions include sharing the screen with https://advanced.vmixcall.com (even with a second call from the same person and computer, so you receive camera and screen at the same time) or using some service like internetclicker, to let the guest advance a presentation on a computer at your site. Btw, lots of hints in the forums on this topic available, if you search for it... :)

Hi,
thank you very much. I didn't know the advanced vmixcall feature and it is working quite good.
