I am using one of these, will this cause any issues, appears to be working. I see it says in documentation "Graphics card with support for HEVC and H264 encoding and decoding.
NVIDIA Quadro P2000 or higher series recommended."

Radeon Graphics are generally not recommended for use with vMix which is instead optimized for use with NVIDIA GTX and RTX cards.
