I'm getting video via my Sony NXCAM HDMI through my Blackmagic Intensity Pro cards but can I also get audio from there as well?

The HDMI Audio Input can be selected when setting up a recording as the audio source, or you can add it separate through Add New Input -> Audio Capture if you want the audio to go to the output of the computer's sound card.

Unfortunately there are some delay issues with the HDMI Audio Input on the Blackmagic Intensity Pro (which may have been resolved in the current driver release), but see how you go.
