Kevin, are you using VMIX 23 or VMIX 24?

If 23 then B is almost pointless in the scenario you are referring to. It acts basically as a live switcher. A & B cant be on independent timelines.

If you have selected multiple angles you can, however, advance to the next angle but it would keep the same in/out point on all 4 angles. Use the Fast forward-looking button on the screen which also has a shortcut assigned if you have a control surface.

If you are using the 24 Beta version you have the ability to independently switch A & B on their own timeline. The last thing to consider is whether you are using VMIX as replay only or also switching a show on it. If you are using it as both replay and switcher you can make life easier by making shortcuts and using triggers that will do certain things with a single button push. Obviously, speed is key in replay so this helps out a lot!

I appreciate the information. I'm running 23, I don't see any updated release information 24.

Thanks, I'd Like to review it, However Will the 24 install overwrite my 23 install? Looks like that answer is yes..... Still wondering if my settings and saved profiles remain in tact b4 I pull the trigger.

In general YES, everything stays the same with any saved settings and profiles, except Instant Replay Sessions created with vMix 23 or earlier do not have or get the features of vMix 24 Instant Replay.
You need to create a new IR session for that, which vice versa will not work in vMix 23 if you revert back to that.
