I have an example below of what I'm looking for -- but basically, I'd like to be able to have my text resize based upon a data change or transition to a new page.

In the example below, what I'm looking for happens at ~ 00:00:38 (38 seconds) in. The topic bar at the bottom of the screen ("Overwatch rolls out game changing updates) auto-resizes to fit the host's name. A few seconds later the host's name transitions out and once again the topic takes up the full lower third.
