Is it possible to open multiple Input Settings windows simultaneously?
I need to be able to invoke different overlays on a Virtual Camera input and, invoke different overlays on a Multi-view Input, between transitions!
The ability to open only one Input Settings window at a time is a real pain!

Not to my knowledge. But you can use the overlays as a central point that effects the outputs.

I have a PowerPoint in 'Multi-view' with multiple overlays on it, then I have a 'Virtual Input' of the main camera with multiple overlays on it...,
I'm switching the overlays all the time so, I can't be calling up each individual Input Settings window one at a time.
I need them side by side because I'll change an overlay in Preview, transition to Output all the while pushing 2-4 faders on the mixing board!
I need to do this fluidly and constantly throughout the whole service.

Also, another question:
Why can transition delays, on the T-bar, only be set to a maximum of 9999 milliseconds?
