Hi,

I came accross an issue on Win7 64bit with the latest vMix, that after working for some time using two identical USB Hauppauge Live2 devices (also with corresponding audio inputs), vMix does not exit. If I use task manager to kill vMix process, the visual interface disappears, however the process is still working in background with ~120 MB of RAM and 0% CPU. And the process cannot be killed, hence the only option is to restart the computer.

There is no such a problem if I use USB input with firewire input.

Please check if there is anything you can do to solve.
Thanks,
Dundurs

Hi,

This is usually a capture driver issue, make sure you have the latest drives for your Hauppauge devices.
Failing that I recommend DeckLink/Intensity cards as the drivers have been built with 64bit in mind.

Regards,

Martin

Yes, I am using the latest Hauppauge drivers. I will try to write to their support.
Since Im usng laptop, cards is not an option for me. Except the Intensity Shuttle.
