How can i go beyond 9999 i.e 10 seconds for an overlay to remain active?

let the trigger call a script
script has a delay timer in it ( let it sleep)
script applies overlay function

or

trigger a countdown
countdown triggers overlay function

or

Thanks i see the triggers, what exactly would i put to have the countdown fade away on completion?
