I would like to see if there is a way to keep caller from knocking another caller off if they accidently use the same password? Basically, if that call has someone already called in, not allow for someone else to connect.

We have the system setup with 6 call-in numbers that we used every day. Normally the producer sends the caller passcodes to each talent the day prior to show. On this occasion, talent who was on-air with us weeks ago dialed into the wrong password number. This wrong number knocked someone that was on-air off.

We reuse password numbers because our operator base is not super technical and they need to be able to simply load a show with everything pre-configured.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks!

make a few copys of your project with other numbers and use them randomly, we use this system without problems.
