I installed the trial version of vmix at our church Windows 10 laptop. The problem is only Basic version is installed and not the Full Pro version.

Pls. assist us on how to use the Full Pro version of vmix for 60 days.

I am also getting this, trying to register for a trial of v24.0.0.57.
I always get a "vmix error creating trial" error when trying to register.

We have exactly the same issue - we are evaluating vMix on a virtual platform and are still fighting with render times - we got a trial license on a Win10 VM, after changing the CPU config of the VM, the trial was no longer valid due to HW changes, in parallel we also wanted to evaluate vMix on Win 2016, but are unable to register for any new trial keys on none of the machines anymore, no matter what Mail addresses we enter.

I already sent 2 mails to support - no response yet.
Can you please urgently come back to us, as this is a rather important project for us and we like to get this setup running - but first we'd like to ensure, that we get vMix running with proper render times.
