I've been testing VMix 23.0.0.66 x64 output, with some players, in the same local network (ping <1ms). SRT mode= caller, Latency = 120 ms, 6 Mbps H.264, hardware encoder. I could appreciate some smear at the bottom of the image, due to lost packets. I also tested with a Medialooks SRT encoder in the same machine with almost the same settings, and image was clear. Then I decided to run srt-live-transmit from a local network linux machine, where I have v1.4.2 libsrt compiled. Quote:srt-live-transmit 'srt://:1968?latency=120&mode=listener' udp://127.0.0.1:1034 -statsout:/dev/stderr -s:650 I found pkt loss like this example when running VMix SRT output (these are stats for almost every 1 second): Quote: ======= SRT STATS: sid=253187438 PACKETS SENT: 0 RECEIVED: 650 LOST PKT SENT: 0 RECEIVED: 100 REXMIT SENT: 0 RECEIVED: 100 DROP PKT SENT: 0 RECEIVED: 0 FILTER EXTRA TX: 0 RX: 0 FILTER RX SUPPL: 0 RX LOSS: 0 RATE SENDING: 0 RECEIVING: 6.84303 BELATED RECEIVED: 0 AVG TIME: 0 REORDER DISTANCE: 0 WINDOW FLOW: 3661 CONGESTION: 3661 FLIGHT: 1 LINK RTT: 0.572ms BANDWIDTH: 906.6Mb/s BUFFERLEFT: SND: 12288000 RCV: 12208500
However, when running Medialooks encoder, there are no LOST PKTs in the stats at all. I also, tested the VMix input, and this time, the stats are completely clean, no loses at all. So my guess, is something must be wrong in my SRT output. Any thoughts to improve it ??? Thanks in advance....

What is the dropped packet ratio? Basically you deal with this problem by adjusting the latency.
