Is there a way around this? We stream long shows and hate to see our software suddenly stop recording. If possible, a warning or auto restart option would be nice!

What message do you receive when the recording stops?
If you are using MP4, Windows 7 has a 4GB limitation but upgrading to Windows 8 or 8.1 will give you unlimited MP4 recording time.
