Hi guys!
I`ve just moved from Wirecast to vMix and it seems promising (love the flexibility and API)!
Well, now I want to build my own custom rig. Will vMix support multiple Decklink-quad cards?
I`m building a complete 8 HD-SDI multicam-portable PC with streaming/recording compatibility.I`ve been looking through the supported hardware-site but can`t find any concrete components regarding mainboard, RAM, graphic-card and such..
Is Intel or AMD the best solution for vMix and so on..
I would greatly appreciate some feedback for what I should think about before I start buying components :)
Best regards Thomas :)

As per having 8 inputs , you need a solid Motherboard, I do recommend, ASUS motherboard, with high Processor, and for memory, please consider you will be doing a lot of rendering because is HD, so you need massive memory like 32-64GB, also on the Video Card, i will recommend you get NVidia 660 with 2GB. For capture card, you can with Blackmagic Declink Quard. or Matrox
