Need help with integrating youtube live video into my production

Hello everyone!

I hope you all are safe and doing good.

I just started learning vMix and I came across this problem where I am not able to integrate a live unlisted video into my production.
So my friend is the spectator (not connected to my localhost) he will be spectating the game and will be streaming the raw feed on youtube and I will be taking that feed into my vMix and again stream it to my audience with all the stream elements (templates/music). I tried using the flash input where it asks for a custom Rtmp URL I added the RTMP URL along with my friend's youtube stream key (rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2/"streamkey") but I am still unable to get his feed into my vMix.

Is there any solution or any workaround where I can get his game feed into my vMix. Any help will be appreciated :D

If your friend uses vMix as well to generate the stream just use SRT to transmit to you. Or use vMixcall. ANother option for video transport is medialooks.

Hey Mavik,

Thank you for your response. We tried generating the stream through SRT TCP ports but all I see is a black screen with no input.
