How I make the Rectangle and the text move when the photo is come in?

If i understand correctly you want the rectangle and text that is already there just to move to the left a bit ,the width of the photo

As far as i know , one can not (with an animation)

one could fake it with an extra layer ( copy of the text and rectangle) , resizing the layers a bit and fly in the copy and hide the original

This was done with the same principle:

euh yes.
If driven by data source just specify the item to both
if manual ( based on the fact that you are creating a animated GT title hence license > 4k) a little script could do that automatically for you
