We use vMix call quite often in a session based setup. were we distribute / reuse vMix call numbers for each session. in this we can give our client just a few numbers which they can plan / distrubute to callers.
There is a danger though that a user logs in early (often to test his/her setup) and with that "kicking" a on air call.
it would be nice too have a option to give the early login a "please-wait" slide (or something similar) and a operator a message that someone is calling in. (maybe using the chat function to inform the early caller what's going on)

While I love VMix Call, for multiple sessions, I think you would be much happier with MS Teams through NDI.
