Hello,
I have a pair of microphones for USB and 3.5mm input to the Vmix, but sometimes, when one microphone is close to another, the input signal is "doubled".
I have looked for some solution or echo cancellation program, but I only find noise cancellation programs (virtual)
What can you recommend me to be able to continue using more than one microphone at the same time, without having to mute one and activate another.
Regards.

in vMix, add a slight delay to the Adudio Input for the 3.5 mm one.
How much delay? Make a recording, clap, with both mikes on (you hear the "echo"). Then look at the audio waveform in any audio/video editor and measure the difference.

Honestly I don't think there is any software that will do a proper job without altering audio quality...
potential solutions:
- put your mics further away from each other - use some sort of a audio gate between them - get 2 identical mics offering the same input latency - use proper mics for the situation : cardioids or ultracardioids - use an automix plugin

@DWAM, my advice was based on different latencys between the mike coming in from usb and the one direct via 3.5 analog (which is faster). Should compensating for that work?

Richard... Yes it might solve the slight echo effect... However it will not solve the sound quality problem. When 2 different mics pick the same sound from different distance, it always has an audible impact on sound nature.

Interesting to record and measure the "difference" peaks between a USB microphone and a 3.5mm microphone with the same sound.
Is there a video tutorial to do the measurement in adobe audition? (for example) is the one that I use for the specific recordings that I have.
Best regards.
