Our church has recently purchased an PTZOptics NDI/HX camera but we are not seeing it in VMIX. We can see it using the NDI Studio Monitor as well if we look for it with the PTZOptics Controller software. Is there a trick to being able to see our NDI camera in VMIX. Any feedback on how to get our VMIX software to be able to add it as an input is greatly appreciated.

Do you try to add it as a "Camera" input? That's for capture devices. An NDI camera has to be added as an "NDI" input.

We did try looking for it in the camera dropdown as well as looking for it in the NDI input. Recently just found information that we may have to do the stream input and add the ip address using the rstp://(ip address) format for the feed to come into vmix. Going to give that a shot and see what happens. Just have to wait until after I am off work to go try that.
