I did a stream, and recorded it, but now the file is 6.5 gigs, but reads as just 10 seconds, ...what has happened....please help

use the vMix Video Tools to re-index your video

will give that a try...hope I can save this recording....first time it happened to me in vMix....cannot remember what format I used for my recording....so I will like to know which gives the best recordings...I know AVI should be best, but file size is too big....I think I used ffmpeg....again, what could have caused this?

Thanks, DWAM, did it and saved my recordings....as long as I was using vmix, I never noticed that .....saw it, but never tried it...that is what this forum is all about...'each one teach one'....Thanks again...

Tried it and it worked, but sometimes there was some drop frames....but I never had this issue before....why does this happen, and what causes it.

I did some further tests, and find that I am only getting this issue with FFMpeg
