Social app won't return anything from facebook, twitter works. - Facebook is connected, the account is public, i find posts, the FB buttons are green but there is 0

Hi, the social app won't return anything from facebook, twitter works. Facebook is connected, the account is public, i find posts, the FB buttons are green but there is 0 results from facebook posts. Mentione that social app has all the buttons green like twiters.|
Where is view from app menu, i see only the Twitter messages,i have test two different account and pages, the same bug.
Have any solution?

p.s.- i have vMixHD installed 23.0.065 and the social app from the installing kit.
