Wondering what's the best workflow for the following setup:
VMIX System with local production (cameras, audio etc.) and streaming output to streaming plattform
Zoom System with Virtual VMIX Input with Audio -Zoom Input to add Zoom participants A) to the stream for discussions and presentations and B) to add the VMIX Production to a Zoom Session at the same time. So we're producing two shows in one basically.
Third Zoom system to Pin / Unpin the participants and our Zoom System.
As we're not only using Zoom to bring in Zoom guests to our VMIX Production but also have to Pin our "Zoom System = VMIX Output" for Duplex and Presentations for the viewers in the Zoom Session as soon as we pin this machine we get a horrible echo back into our main VMIX System. We solve this at the moment by fading the Zoom Input before switching the Input on the VMIX Machine, but it needs good tops and commands that the input switching, the audio fading and the zoom spotlighting happen at the exact same moment.
Is there a better way to bring Zoom Spotlighting and Input synching in sync?
Thank you

Thank you So i found the solution to the echo problem - we had installed and activated the virtual audio cable as if we were using Zoom and VMIX on the same machine. All good now. Still annoyed by the annoyances zoom is causing when trying to integrate it in a live production

Do you understand why this solutions work? I also have some problems, when output is going to Zoom and Zoom participants are also are part of the production. My setup also has an audio input from a conference hall, where the production is also presented. Hard to find the reason for the ecco, but I'll investigate further.
