Vimeo is one of those platforms that supports chat/Q & A and is a common destination for our streams. As events professionals working with healthcare, our client base tends to frown on the more "social/gaming" based streaming services.

When we stream to a CDN, we have a moderator monitoring the chat/Q@A channels, and then just grab the questions and copy them to a google sheet, which then we link to a title editor to bring up graphics on screen. Its pretty elegant. but does warrant a moderator for it.
